🏡 General Rules

This apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within a regular apartment building. We kindly ask for your cooperation and consideration toward our neighbors during your stay.
Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other residents.
Due to the building’s structure, sound may travel easily. Please be mindful of noise and conversations, especially late at night and early in the morning.
Kindly remove your shoes in the apartment.

🗑 Trash Disposal

Please separate your trash into “Burnable (General) Waste” and “Plastic Bottles, Glass Bottles & Cans” and dispose of them in the bins inside the apartment.
You may leave all trash in the apartment upon check-out.
If you would like to dispose of the trash yourself, please tie the trash bags and place them in the green collection box located in front of the building.

💚 Care & Use of the Apartment

Please treat the apartment amenities and furnishings with care for future guests.
Please use the amenities only as needed and refrain from excessive use or taking them with you.
Please be careful not to damage the floor with suitcase wheels.
Please wash kitchen utensils and dishes after use.
If any damage or stains occur during your stay, please contact us promptly.

🔑 Keys & Security

Please make sure to lock the door whenever you leave the apartment.
For your safety, please keep the door locked while you are inside, especially when sleeping.
At check-out, please lock the door and return the key to the lockbox.

⚠️ If the key is lost or not returned, a replacement fee of ¥5,000 may be charged.

🚭 Smoking & Pets

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. As the fire alarm may be triggered, please refrain from smoking.
Pets are not allowed due to building regulations.

⚠️ If any signs of smoking are found inside the apartment, a cleaning fee of ¥30,000 may be charged for deodorization and special cleaning.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM
If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please contact us as early as possible with your preferred time.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it may depend on our schedule and we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.
If your check-out may be delayed past 10:00 AM, please contact us as early as possible.

Please separate your trash into the two categories below and place it in the bins inside the apartment.

If you have any items that do not fit into either category, please do not place them in the bins. Simply leave them inside the apartment, and we will collect them after check-out.
