- The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that you be mindful of our neighbors and avoid loud noises or raised voices, especially during nighttime and early morning hours.
- Kindly remove your shoes before entering the apartment.
- Please refrain from any illegal activities or actions that may disturb others during your stay.

- Please separate your waste into the “Burnable” and “PET Bottles / Glass Bottles / Cans” bins inside the apartment. More details are listed in the “How to Dispose and Separate Garbage” section.
- If the trash bag becomes full, please tie it up and place it in the space just outside your door.
? Please do NOT leave trash on other floors, outside the building, or in shared/public areas, as this may disturb other residents.
? Care & Use of the Apartment
- Please handle all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care to ensure a comfortable stay for future guests.
- Please use the provided amenities as needed and avoid excessive use or taking them with you.
- Be mindful not to damage the floor with suitcase wheels or other hard objects.
- After using kitchen utensils or tableware, please wash them.
- If any damage or stains occur during your stay, please contact us immediately.
? Keys & Security
- Please lock the door every time you leave the apartment.
- For your safety, keep the door locked while you are inside.
- At check-out, please lock the door and return the key to the lockbox.
⚠️ If the key is lost or not returned, a replacement fee of ¥5,000 will be charged.
? Smoking & Pets
- Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and may trigger the fire alarm.
- In accordance with building regulations, pets are not allowed inside the apartment.
⚠️ If any signs of smoking are found inside the room, a cleaning fee of ¥30,000 will be charged for deodorization and special cleaning.
